We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused beauty essentials. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original REFY packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
